GCSE RESULTS ANALYSIS WITH MICROSOFT® EXCEL® – CALCULATING 5+ A* TO C AND BEST 8 POINTS SCORE (HALF DAY COURSE)

Overview

This course is aimed at Excel users in schools and LEAs who need to analyse GCSE results data quickly and efficiently to obtain:

· The number of pupils who obtained 5+ A* to C grades

· 5+ A* to C grades (including Maths and English)

· A pupil’s points score based on the best 8 GCSE grades obtained

Delegates need to be familiar with Excel and creating basic formulae. The course will show the delegate step by step, using a number of formulae, how to logically build up the information required to calculate the pertinent statistics.

The course is very hands on and interactive. The atmosphere during the course is relaxed and friendly.
