MICROSOFT® EXCEL® HELP SERVICE FOR SCHOOLS

New for 2008, IntrepiData has launched its Excel Help Service for Schools.

INTRODUCTION

As you are very aware, the effective use of Excel is becoming increasingly important within schools, to facilitate a variety of functions, such as:

• Analysis of pupil attainment data

• Ad-hoc data analysis and reporting

• Dissemination of data throughout the school, and beyond

• School financial analysis

• Preparation of reports for Ofsted

More and more school staff need to use Excel efficiently and effectively, though in some cases, little or no training and support is provided for the user. Even the more experienced user may do things “the long way round” in order to get a particular task done, when in fact there will be a much speedier solution. This is where IntrepiData can help your school.

HOW WILL THE SERVICE WORK?

Once subscribed to the service, any member of staff from your school can contact IntrepiData by telephone or email for support and advice with their Excel spreadsheet work. IntrepiData will then provide speedy support to assist you, with the aim to having the query answered within 24 hours.

PRICE

Your school can subscribe to this service on a monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly or annual basis to help your school budget for the year. The price of subscription is:-

£150 for 1 month, £350 for 3 months, £575 for 6 months, £795 for 12 months

All prices are subject to VAT @ 17.5%.

BOOKING

To subscribe to the service, please fill in the Excel Help Booking Form, and fax back to IntrepiData on the number shown. Contact with the lead name will then be made in order to initiate the service. An invoice will be issued upon receipt of the signed booking form. There will be a limit to the number of subscribers so early booking is strongly recommended.

SPECIAL OFFER: Schools subscribed to this service will receive 15% discount on any scheduled or onsite training for staff as well as on any Excel consultancy / development work undertaken by IntrepiData for the school during the subscription period.
